I had the opportunity to participate in the first European DBT Congress that was held in Gdansk. Here, I led a workshop as part of the official programme. This event brought together clinicians, researchers, and practitioners from all over the world to share knowledge and advance the practice of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.
